Once you complete the few simple steps for the return, you’ll be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and several options to drop off your package, including thousands of UPS and USPS drop-off locations.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. Return tracking information will be available up to three days after mailing.

You will receive an email once your return is processed. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for the credit to post to your account. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

If you have lost or misplaced your return label, print a new one using your account.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Orders must be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date (excluding hats, which must be returned within 14 days of the order shipment date.)

Returns may take longer than usual to arrive and process. Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. 

You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Sorella Clothing Co. purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

Hats must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached.
